Justification for the workshop

The URSI Incoherent Scatter Working Group traditionally meets every year at CEDAR to set the ISR World Day programme for the following year. The workshop can be timetabled as needed, according to where it would fit best into the schedule.

Short discussion of each proposal, group decision-making, and tentative scheduling of the successful requests.

  4. open discussion on proposals (including late proposals, minimising conflicts with other campaigns, overlapping science aims, etc)
